Fei Gao was born in Shandong, China, in 1984. He received the B.S. degree in physics from Dalian University of Technology, China, in 2007.7. Begin 2007.9, He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Physics, Dalian University of Technology. His research interests include plasma character of inductively coupled plasmas.
